2. Different Time Zones

3. If the majority of your Twitter followers have large followers themselves, most likely they are not seeing your tweets as they happen.

4. Test Content and Track it. May have different results at different time periods.

5. Unless you are famous, most likely large number of people arent going to your Twitter Page everyday. “Out of sight, out of mind.”
